Background

Trinity Methodist Church, Shortmead Street, Biggleswade was built in 1834. As well as the Chapel itself there is 'Big Hall' which has recently been refurbished and is used by many groups. Behind the Big Hall and fronting onto Chapel Fields is the Old Sunday School. The downstairs of the Old Sunday School is taken up by the Back Hall which is a potential space for use by the community.

At present the premises are used by the Neptune Cub pack, Brownies (3rd, 4th & 7th Biggleswade packs), Guides, Rangers, Toddler Group, Amici Singers, BATS (local Amateur Dramatic Society), TAGS (Choir), Gospel Singers, Biggleswade Choral Society, Regular Lunches/concerts for the community, Trinity Scribblers (calligraphy Group), Biggleswade Historical Society, Carpet Bowls, Yoga, Sing and Sign.
